Things you should know before placing a preorder

• Payments are made at checkout, not when the item ships

• If you would like a refund, do so before the item is shipped

• Please email us ASAP if you need to cancel your preorder

• If you order a preorder with an in stock item you will only be charged shipping once

• You have 14 days to return your items

• We will keep you updated when we get information from the manufacturer. If you do not hear any new information about your order it is because we have not received information from the manufacturer yet

• Preorders can take 1-8 weeks
