Returning Items
Nonreturnable Items: Body suits, bathing suits, intimate apparel, accessories and clearance items are not returnable. Sales of the aforementioned items are final.
All returned items will be given ONLINE STORE CREDIT ONLY.

In order to receive ONLINE STORE CREDIT all merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

In order to receive ONLINE STORE CREDIT please follow the following guidelines:

1.  You must contact Kenz Boutique within 14 days of receiving your item by email at kenzboutiquefashion@gmail.com.  After we approve your return and contact you, you must promptly send back the items within the 14 day time period.
2.  Your email must include name, address, phone number, date of purchase, item number, and reason for return.
3.  If you wish to return the item you must send in the original invoice with the product unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.   We do not pay for return shipping.
4.  Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect the item or items to determine if online store credit can be made. If in fact online store credit can be made we will issue you store credit in the amount of the returned item/items or exchange for a different product of the same value.  Online store credit never expires and will be sent to you via email to the email provided at the time of checkout.  However, if we find that the returned product is not in good condition, we will send back the product to you at your cost.

Damaged Products
If your product is damaged you still need to follow the above guidelines, and we will exchange your damaged product for the same product.  However, if the same product is not available or no longer in stock we will exchange it for a different product of the same value.
