Standard shipping is approximately 3-5 business days once your products have left our warehouse.

If you need to change your shipping address please contact customer care immediately after placing your order so that we can update our system before your items are shipped. If your item has already been shipped we are unable to make those changes for you.

As soon as your package is shipped from the postal service, you will receive an email that allows you to track your package.

Most of our products run S, M, L, XL.  Typically, (S) 0-4 (M)4-6 (L)6-8 (XL)8-10.  Since we order our products from several different manufacturers, the sizes of our products run different.  We do our best to provide any measurements we have of the product so that you can compare your measurements.  We also give the models sizes for reference.  If the information provided on the website is not enough, please feel free to contact a representative in our customer care department or drop us a line on our email and someone can better assist you.

Sometimes in rare cases there may be a shortage or oversell of your item or perhaps the item was damaged and we are unable to sell it, in that case we will refund you in the amount of the items purchase price.  If we need to refund you, we will email you to let you know. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Yes.  If you purchase a gift card from us, you will receive an electronic version that will be sent directly to the email you have provided us with. In order to use your gift card, you will be given instructions at the time of checkout to enter your electronic code.

No. Items that are already on sale or have been discounted cannot be combined with special promo codes.
